What is your return policy?

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition with all packaging and certification. Customized pieces and loose diamonds are non-returnable.

Do you offer lifetime warranty?

Accepted Answer

Yes, all Noore Jewels jewellery comes with a lifetime warranty covering manufacturing defects, free resizing, and maintenance polishing. Normal wear and tear is not covered.
